Booking form: The legal basis for processing your data is the execution of a contract (online reservation made by you) (Article 6.1 b GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations for the controller: tax/accounting regulations (General Tax Law, Commercial Code), Order INT/1922/2003, of 3 July, on registration records and entry parts of travelers (Article 6.1 c GDPR).
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Contact: Data will be retained in cases of client queries for the duration of the contractual relationship and in the case of individuals who are not clients until the requested information has been provided.
Reservations: Data provided for making reservations will be retained for the duration of the established commercial/contractual relationship, and afterwards, for the periods legally established and for the resolution of possible liabilities arising from it. Data related to payments and billing will be retained for the periods established in the corresponding economic/accounting and fiscal regulations (up to 10 years). Data from registration and entry parts at hotel establishments, according to their regulations: 3 years (Order INT/1922/2003).

Billing/tax data will be communicated to the Tax Administration for compliance with legal tax obligations, traveler registration data to the State Security Forces and Bodies for legal obligations, as well as in other cases provided by law.
